Comprehensive reform of an apartment in Torremolinos.

Our clients’ AIM was to have a “pied-à-terre” where they could enjoy their getaways from the United Kingdom. For this they bought a small apartment in the centre of Torremolinos that required a comprehensive reform.

Our ACHIEVEMENT consisted in starting from scratch and distancing ourselves from the existing reality, due to which it would have been difficult to meet our clients’ requirements. We decided to leave ourselves open to what we had found.

The RESULT was a new apartment concept, versatile, comfortable, and paradoxically spacious, allowing my clients to work remotely or receive guests. A unique space whose rooms communicate along a sequenced route. Black colour combined with grey and white plays an important role in the outcome, which once again is an escape from its previous state, giving the property luminosity, elegance, and personality.

It has two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a bright living room with a built-in kitchen and artful interior lighting making up for the lack of views and natural sunlight.
