For clients who start a project, but who do not yet have a location or a chosen property, we offer a selection of properties (plots or buildings), according to project requirements, and a technical assessment of their suitability.

We shape your project

We review with the client the best options for implementing their project, including the estimated costs, and we inform them about the different procedures and possible deadlines. Depending on their requirements, we can additionally offer the following services:

• Application and permit process.
• Budget assessment.
• Advice on the choice of materials.

Once we have addressed the above, WE GET STARTED.

Lines of work

Our work consists in IMPLEMENTING a PROJECT, COORDINATING its execution on the CONSTRUCTION SITE, and ACCOMPANYING the client until the end of the process.

We increasingly work “remotely” for clients who live outside Malaga or who are unfamiliar with Spanish language, and who require our intervention for monitoring any details during all the phases of the project.
