Partial reform of a single-family home in Malaga – Chilches.

Our clients’ AIM was to adapt their house to new distribution criteria. They wanted to make the main bedroom and bathroom larger, as well as have a dressing room, incorporate the kitchen into the living room and furnish the house with high-quality pieces. The house was built in the 90s with an avant-garde design and high-quality construction.

The ACHIEVEMENT was not only to improve the size and layout of those rooms, but also to optimise the sea views and improve the sense of perceived quality by simplifying the distribution and providing better lighting.

The RESULT is imperceptible from the outside, since the original design is maintained, and yet on the inside we discover a more open-plan, renovated and elegant kitchen and living room area. The main sleeping area has been converted into a single space separated from the public area, with a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a bespoke dressing room.
