Comprehensive reform of a single-family home in Malaga – Pedregalejo.

Our clients’ AIM was to start a life in Malaga. They opted for a house in which they imagined their family and guests, where there would always be a room for one more, but also space for relax, study and leisure.

The house had a complicated layout, conditioned by its floor plan and an inelegant exterior design. The ACHIEVEMENT was to fully satisfy the client’s needs and allow ourselves to be carried away by the pre-existing architecture.

As we stripped the house of its outer layers and opened up the interior spaces, the RESULT was a house with a fresh and impeccable design. We distributed the needs of its owners by floors and refurbished the terrace to become a barbecue area with a bay window. Additionally, we replenished the property with high construction qualities, underfloor heating, aerothermal system, pre-installation for photovoltaic panels and a service lift.
